Who Is Ninad?

Early Life and Family

Ninad Pradeep Pandit was born in Aurangabad, MH medical Hospital (Also known as Ghati Hospital. He was raised first in Aurangabad, MH and then moved to Pune, MH for couple of years and then moved back to Aurangabad again. It’s hard to believe now but during the early childhood, Ninad was known as the most knotty boy.

His father, Pradeep Pandit (baba) was a child of Bhalchandra Pandit. Who manages a successful career in market leading companies like API, Videocon (in Aurangabad), Global and Finolex (in Pune). Apart from successful professional career, he is a master as "worker’s union leader", "stage actor and writer" and astrologist. He has honored with the prestigious "Yashwant Rao Chowhan" award from Maharashtra government and many others for his drama, writing and astrology skills. "Dusari Baju nadhyani, Anakhin eak Bhamasur" are some of his published material. He is also regular columnist for the astrology articles. His dream is to start Gurukul for Astrology.

His mother, Sandhya Pandit was a child of Shankar Pandit. She manages a successful career with Medical College as administrative staff. Apart from her professional career she is a master in Naturopathy and Healing. She has also written few articles on her past experience on “strong willpower” and “alternative to medical therapy”. Her dream is to start learning center for “Hilling”.

His Sister, Nimisha Pandit, is the one of the brilliant next generation in the Pandit family. She has completed her B.COM and MA while doing preparation for Chartered Accountant (CA). She is the first girl in Pandit family to become a CA.

In December 2006 Ninad got married with Amruta, who also likes to play "Sangit Natak (Musical dramas)" and "Satar (Indian Classical Instrument)". Cooking delicious food is her one of the all time favorite hobby.

Corporate Profile

Ninad graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering from Pune in 2001. His first position was at Penta Computing, Pune as Software Engineer where he got a good exposure on product development and become expert in Software Development and Client Management.

After five years of relationship with Penta, Ninad moved on to another relationship with Clarion Technologies. Though that was a short relationship, but Ninad has got to know about the On-shore and Off-Shore model of the software industry.

Finally he has joined Cognizant Technologies to test his abilities to handle big projects and till date he is serving Cognizant's Clients with the great level of satisfaction as a Sr Associate.

During his Professional career he has gained a solid technical knowledge on C#.NET/ VB.NET/ ASP.NET/SQL Server and solid business knowledge on Secondary market, Banking Risk analysis and Incentive management. He has provided his strong leadership skills to deliver back to back and cost effective solutions to his clients.

Ninad has Brain-Bench certification in Requirement Analysis, SCM, Project Management, Business Communication, Software Testing, Data Modeling concept, RDBMS Concept, Programming Concept, Web Development Concept, SQL (ANSI), Programmer/Analyst aptitude, C#.NET, ADO.NET, MS SQL Server 2000, MS SQL Server 2005, IIS, XML, HTML, VBScript.Ninad is also Brain-Bench certified for the job roles like “Project Lead, Module lead, Client Lead, Onsite Sr. Developer, NET Developer, Computer programmer, Windows Application Developer, Web Application Developer
